A Warm Welcome at Rockbeare Manor

The day started with a buzz as guests rolled into the charming manor. The manor's beautiful features and well-kept grounds set the scene for an unforgettable day. Fun fact: 70% of guests remember the vibe of a wedding more than anything else. This couple definitely nailed it.

Intimate Moments

One of the sweetest parts of the day was when Ellie showed her dress to her beloved Nan. It was such an emotional moment that really captured their special bond. The tearful smiles and hugs were full of love, and the photos from this moment hopefully will become treasured keepsakes. These little personal touches remind us that the small details can have the biggest impact on a wedding story.

Ceremony in style

Ellie started her special journey with her dad, walking down the grand staircase into the gorgeous ceremony room with a big chandelier. The ceremony was full of bright smiles, especially from the bride and groom.

Devon Wedding Confetti (rain) kept us indoors

A sprinkling on rain kept us indoors for the drinks reception + group photos, but we managed to get a little time outside too!

Bingo lingo

The couple added a fun twist to the day with a bingo game during dinner. Guests jumped in, marking their cards as the groom's buddies called out numbers. The game was extra special with personalised lingo tied to the couple's story, making it both fun and memorable. The room was filled with laughter and competitive energy, making it a standout moment.

Golden Hour Magic

After an afternoon of laughs and heartfelt speeches, the couple took advantage of the golden hour for some gorgeous photos. As the sun set, casting a warm glow at the front of the manor, I approached the couple after the speeches, saying the sky was golden and outside is empty of guests, so lets run! They were so keen, so we hurried outside for a quick photoshoot. The result? Dreamy warm photos!

A Sparkling Send-Off

As the night drew in, the couple and their guests gathered outside for a magical sparkler 'send-off'. The soft glow of the sparklers created a whimsical atmosphere, perfectly matching the lit with house. Guests danced the night away to a great band, celebrating hard!
